Going to the gym is great, going for a run feels good but attending pilates class is a whole new level of an experience. Marina is the best teacher, not only does she teaches you new techniques but she teaches you how to be more aware of you own body. So it is not just 60 min class, it is a lifetime knowladge which you incorporate into your day-to-day life. My body has totally transformed since I have started, I managed to run half-marathon and yes, training was important but the classes played a massive role. I am more aware of my body and importance of each movement. The recovery time is so much faster, your body is much more adaptable. I strongly recommend it!
